Grad Colors: Blue, Silver, White

 

Grad 2010 will be held on Saturday, May 22nd, 2010

The day will unfold similar to past years. There will be a photo opportunity at the school starting around 5:30 pm.

 

The Graduation Ceremonies will start at 7:00 pm with the Cap & Gown, followed by the Grand March. At the moment there are no plans for any activities after the Grand March. There will be no safe grad.

 

 

The grad fees have been set for $120. Students can start making payments now or use the following payment plan: December 11th, $50; February 19th, $50, March 26th, $20. Payments can be made at the office, cash only! The fees will include their yearbook, decorations, grad breakfast, cap/gown rental, and other incidentals.

 

Reminders:  Second Grad Payment of $50 is now overdue. Grads are reminded to make their payment at the office, a receipt will be issued with your balance.

 

Kindergarten grad photo needs to be given to Catherine Rogers, please ensure your name is on the back of the photo, it will be returned to you. MANY ARE NOT IN!!!

 

The requests for tickets form for the grad ceremonies will be placed in the report cards of Grads going home on Wednesday, February 10th. You will need to fill out the form and return it to Ms. Arlene Johnson.  Please return to Mrs. A. Johnson personally between Tuesday February 16 and Monday, March 2010.  If you did not receive a seating request letter download one here: Grad Seating Letter 2010. 

 

 

A Grad List has been posted on the Grad board, third floor.  Please check to see if your name is there. If it’s not and you think it should be please notify the office. Please ensure that the spelling of your name is correct.

 

GRAD DINNER:  Will take place on Friday, May 21, 7:00pm at the Legion in Labrador City. For those who WANT to attend, grads can purchase up to three (3) tickets, which includes themselves plus two others at $20 per ticket. Tickets will go on sale at the Parent-Teacher interviews on Thursday, February 11th, from 1:30-3:30, 7:30-8:30, cash only please.

 

 

ABSOLUTE LAST DAY TO PURCHASE DINNER TICKETS IS FRIDAY, March 12th. Pick tickets up at Tina Harris’ home, $20 each.

 

Measuring for Cap/Gowns starts on Tuesday, March 2nd, after school in the Library. Listen for announcements as to which homerooms will be measured.

Grads who missed measurements will now be done on Friday, March 12th, in the afternoon in the Library....You will be called to the Library.
